Job Opportunity: Technical Support Specialist

The role of a technical support specialist is pivotal in ensuring the seamless operation of our systems. As part of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to clients.

  • Maintain the optimal performance of our systems through routine checks and maintenance.
  • Analyse data, identify issues, and provide detailed insights into findings.
  • Capture system requirements and offer guidance throughout the system change process.
  • Test and support upgrades and modifications to our systems.
  • Establish and maintain effective workflows, processes, and procedures.
  • Assist in developing end-user training and support documentation.
Requirements:
  • At least one year of experience with NetSuite ERP support.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Basic SQL skills are advantageous.
  • Familiarity with retail processes.
  • Proven troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience with helpdesk ticketing tools.
