Job Overview

We are seeking Business Professionals to join our Information Management team. The successful candidates will work closely with stakeholders, SMEs, and internal technical teams to gather requirements, define target outcomes, and support technical designs.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in similar roles, an analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities
  • Familiarise yourself with business activities and IM responsibilities
  • Elicit and document business processes using tools such as Visio or Miro
  • Analyse business requirements, gaps, and rules required to implement projects and initiatives
  • Collaborate on scope options and support initial technical design and delivery of solutions
  • Analyse system design, workflows, processes, and business models and make recommendations

You will be working in a collaborative environment with Agile and Waterfall project management frameworks, and experience in ServiceNow and Pega is highly regarded.
