Workforce Development Coordinator

This is a key role in our department, responsible for coordinating administrative and logistics support for various workforce development program activities.

  • Develops design tools in consultation with the team for the creation of flexible learning materials and education/training programs.
  • Provides highly professional customer-focused services to internal and external stakeholders, promoting team and departmental objectives.
  • Undertakes administrative tasks, including finance, procurement and logistics management, to ensure end-to-end process delivery for program outcomes.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Highly desirable requirements include knowledge and understanding or experience in contemporary online communication, management systems, and web-based platforms such as Microsoft Office 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Office).
  • Knowledge and experience in supporting organizational development programs, including employee surveys, performance management processes, and diversity/inclusion initiatives are also highly desirable.

You will be responsible for contributing to the review and evaluation of administrative and reporting systems, providing recommendations for improvements that increase efficiency and effectiveness. You will also provide support with project tasks, monitoring progress, maintaining logs, resolving issues, delivering practical solutions, and disseminating information that supports business outcomes.
