About This Role">

This role is responsible for the delivery of a product vision and its success. The Product Owner will translate the product vision and roadmap through to delivery, operation, and continuous improvement while monitoring and adapting the product vision and roadmap as constraints are identified.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Ownership & Delivery: Responsible for the delivery of the product vision and its success.
  • Backlog Management: Apply a strategic mindset to user story prioritisation and delivery.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with UX designers, researchers, other product owners, and product leadership team to plan, undertake, and input results of testing and performance measurement into future release and roadmap planning.
Requirements

To thrive in this role, you'll need to embody the following qualities:

  • Undergraduate qualifications (Business Systems, IT, or Engineering disciplines preferred).
  • Minimum 2+ years relevant work experience as a Product Owner or in product management.
  • Experience in workforce management, payroll, HR tech, or scheduling tools is a strong plus.
  • Strong understanding of compliance-heavy environments or award interpretation is highly regarded.
