Product Leadership Role

The Product Director will oversee the lifecycle of product planning activities and deliver high-quality products for the company's platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with stakeholders during planning sessions to understand user requirements.
  • Proven experience in people leadership, preferably with cross-border exposure.
  • Demonstrate expertise in delivering end-to-end products from requirements to commercialization.
  • Prepare and present product plans, identifying risks and challenges, opportunities, and growth strategies.
  • Lead by establishing a clear vision of success and how goals and objectives will be achieved.
  • Manage product plans by prioritizing and scoping features, enhancements, bugs, and technology advancements.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Product on content for product roadmaps, ensuring timely delivery and clear visibility.
Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience in a similar Product Management or Product Owner role with at least 2 years' experience in people leadership.
  • Experience in the SaaS FinTech/Payments/Banking space.
  • Strong project management documentation and process skills.
  • Data-driven analysis.
  • Solid understanding of the agile software development lifecycle and scrum processes.
  • Technical background with knowledge and/or hands-on experience in software development and design.
