We are seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join our in-house team in Perth, supporting Stockland's Masterplanned communities' portfolio.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and execute contracts, manage registration, settlement, and post-settlement activities for a small to medium portfolio.
- Support plan registration and manage settlement activities.
- Proficiently use PEXA across all subscriptions and maintain skills with regular training.
- Comply with all Compliance Plans relative to Conveyancing and participate in implementing initiatives.
- Undertake training in the preparation of master contracts.
- Assist with backfilling peer file operators when they are on leave.
- Minimum 12 months experience as a Conveyancer in a legal or similar environment.
- Hold a conveyancing licence would be advantageous.
- PEXA experience is a must, with DocuSign, SharePoint, or Salesforce experience ideal but not essential.
- Proficient in using MS Office for email communication, diary management, and reports.
- Strong collaborator, able to work well as part of a team.
- A self-starter, organised, with great attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
