Job Description

This exciting opportunity involves managing a small and tidy portfolio of residential and commercial low-maintenance complexes, while leading an excellent small team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing budgets, planning goals, and training staff
  • Liaising with owners and tenants to ensure exceptional customer service
  • Running Annual General Meetings (AGMs) and conducting periodic inspections

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience managing your own Strata portfolio
  • Previous experience as a Head of Strata or Senior Strata Manager is highly desirable
  • A valid driver's license
  • An outgoing, friendly, and enthusiastic personality, with excellent interpersonal skills
