Job Title: Family Health Advocate

We are seeking a qualified and dedicated General Practitioner to join our dynamic healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities:

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Providing routine consultations and managing chronic conditions in adults and children.
  2. Collaborating with specialists and other healthcare providers to coordinate patient care.
  3. Participating in quality improvement initiatives and contributing to the development of best practice guidelines.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An Australian General Practice Qualification (FRACGP) or equivalent.
  • Registration with the AHPRA as a VR General Practitioner.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues.
