Job Description

While we offer hybrid working arrangements, this position requires 3 days a week in the office or part-time at 4 days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

As the Regional DEI Manager, you will report to the regional DEI Lead and drive ambitious DEI initiatives. You will provide expert advice, manage programs, and ensure alignment with organisational goals to create an inclusive environment.

Supporting employee network groups, developing impactful initiatives, collaborating with internal teams, and managing external partnerships are key responsibilities.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in developing and executing enterprise-wide programs and initiatives
  • Ability to empower, engage, and collaborate with colleagues at all levels
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including coaching and influencing
  • Expertise in planning and coordinating strategic projects and data collection, analysis, and reporting
  • Diversity, equity, and inclusion subject matter expertise or experience
  • Experience managing and supporting employee network groups and committees
