MARS Recruitment is partnering with a prestigious property development firm to fill a Senior Sales Executive position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional sales services to all incoming buyer inquiries, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
  • Manage and maintain the Salesforce database of current and potential buyers, developing buyer personas and nurturing leads through targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Oversee the use of our communications platform to nurture leads and provide valuable insights to the sales and marketing team.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations on challenges faced by the sales and marketing team, driving continuous improvement.
  • Take ownership of issues, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication with all stakeholders.
  • Ensure the sales display suite is well-maintained, creating an inviting atmosphere for clients, including temperature control, music, and plant care.
  • Review and optimize online listings to guarantee accuracy in availability, information, and pricing.
  • Curate tailored listing copy for each project, showcasing its unique features and benefits.
  • Monitor and benchmark competitors in surrounding suburbs, staying ahead of the market.
  • Attend training and sales meetings as required, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and client confidentiality.
  • Participate in launches and assume responsibility for valuation inspections, including meetings with valuers on site when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Victorian Real Estate License is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Industry experience in property development or residential real estate is essential.
  • Proven track record in a sales-led environment, with experience in off-the-plan sales a significant advantage.

Work Arrangements:

  • Monday and Tuesday off, with Wednesday to Sunday as workdays.
