We are seeking a results-driven leader to spearhead our Home Assessing team.

The successful candidate will oversee home building claims, ensuring timely, cost-effective repairs that meet quality standards.

  • Key Responsibilities include:
    • Leading a high-performing team to deliver exceptional operational outcomes.
    • Overseeing technical aspects of home building claims.
    • Negotiating with repairers and developing scopes of work.
    • Ensuring claims are handled in line with policies and procedures.
    • Managing disputes and escalated claims.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong experience in Home Insurance claims handling or the Home Building industry.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with a focus on team performance.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Trade qualification in carpentry or bricklaying.
  • Experience in insurance loss adjusting.
