Job Opportunity

We are seeking a talented and experienced retail professional to join our team as an Assistant Store Manager. This is a part-time role that requires working Sundays and Mondays.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic team, drive sales growth, and deliver exceptional customer service. As the Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring a high-performing team, fostering a positive work environment, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and inspire a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and foster a positive work environment
  • Drive store performance through strong store presentation, inventory management, and stock control
  • Assist in managing rosters and wages at a high level, through performance-based rostering
  • Be a strong communicator who can lead, coach, develop, and influence others
  • Drive commercial outcomes
  • Excellent operations and stock management
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably in fashion
  • Exceptional customer service and styling skills
  • Driven budgets and achieved exceptional sales results
  • Strong understanding of KPIs and their impact on the business
  • Ability to make decisions based on the best outcome for the business
  • Experience in leading, recruiting, and developing a team
  • The ability to drive a positive culture and one-team environment
  • Self-motivated and a strong communicator
