We are seeking a highly experienced Store Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, including sales, customer service, staff management, inventory management, financial management, marketing and promotion, compliance, and safety.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of store operations
  • Hire, train, and manage staff members
  • Schedule shifts and ensure adherence to company policies
  • Manage inventory and maintain accurate records
  • Track sales and expenses to ensure profitability
  • Promote the store through marketing and promotional activities
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and staff

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A solid understanding of food safety and compliance regulations is essential. Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role
  • Diploma of Management or Hospitality (or equivalent)
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Solid understanding of food safety and compliance regulations
