Adelaide Gatehouse Operations Manager

As a Site Security Supervisor, you will play a vital part in ensuring the day-to-day operations of a fast-paced gatehouse site run smoothly. You will oversee the security team's performance and provide leadership, direction, and issue resolution at the front line.
This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned security professional to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day security operations
- Manage shift rosters, including core and ad-hoc shifts
- Provide leadership and operational support to security employees
- Ensure quality systems are in place to guarantee compliance
- Conduct service delivery quality assurance, including auditing and reporting requirements
- Operate effectively in a gatehouse environment
- Monitor and operate CCTV cameras & associated equipment
- Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, employees, and members of the public
- Communicate incidents and issues using appropriate methods (e.g., radio, phone, logbooks)
Requirements
- Previous security management experience as a supervisor
- Experience managing medium-sized teams
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills
- Current South Australian Security Licence
- Current South Australian Driver's Licence
- Current First Aid Certificate HLTAID0003
- Current National Police Clearance
- Current Working with Children Check
- Unrestricted work rights in Australia
- High attention to detail, organised, reliable, and well-presented
- Demonstrating a high level of integrity and honesty
- Positive team player and professional attitude
- Exceptional interpersonal and people skills
