In this exciting role as a Site Security Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to utilise your security management experience to ensure the smooth operation of a gatehouse site. You will oversee the performance of the security team, manage shift rosters, and ensure that all tasks are completed to the highest standard.

Your primary responsibilities will include providing leadership, direction, and issue resolution at the front line, conducting service delivery quality assurance, and operating effectively in a gatehouse environment. You will also be responsible for monitoring and operating CCTV cameras and associated equipment, delivering exceptional customer service, and communicating incidents and issues using appropriate methods.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong background in security management, excellent organisational and leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You will also require current South Australian Security Licence, Driver's Licence, First Aid Certificate, National Police Clearance, Working with Children Check, and unrestricted work rights in Australia.
