Gatehouse Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a fast-paced gatehouse site.
Your primary duties will include managing shift rosters, providing leadership and operational support to security employees, and ensuring compliance with quality systems. You will also be responsible for auditing and reporting requirements, as well as operating CCTV cameras and associated equipment.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent organisational and leadership skills, as well as experience in managing medium-sized teams. A current South Australian Security Licence and Driver's Licence are essential, along with a First Aid Certificate HLTAID0003 and National Police Clearance.
You will be expected to work collaboratively with fellow team members, communicate effectively, and demonstrate a high level of integrity and honesty. If you are a positive team player with exceptional interpersonal and people skills, we encourage you to apply.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day security operations
- Manage shift rosters, including core and ADHOC shifts
- Provide leadership and operational support to security employees
- Ensure compliance with quality systems
- Audit and report on service delivery quality assurance
- Operate in a gatehouse environment
- Monitor and operate CCTV cameras & associated equipment
Key Requirements:
- Previous security management background as a supervisor
- Experience in managing medium size teams
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills
- Current South Australian Security Licence
- Current South Australian Driver's Licence
- First Aid Certificate HLTAID0003
- National Police Clearance
- Working with Children Check
- Unrestricted work rights in Australia
