Field Service Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Technician to join our team in Melbourne, servicing the South Western suburbs. As a Field Service Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing exceptional after-sales service for our spas and swim spas.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced field service professional to work with us. You will be responsible for conducting warranty and non-warranty service work for spas and swim spas, performing heat pump installations, platinum spa care, and on-site product sales. Additionally, you will develop maintenance and service plans for customers and maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment in excellent condition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine and complex service calls for spas and swim spas to ensure they operate at optimal levels.
  • Perform heat pump installations and provide training to customers on how to use and maintain their products.
  • Sell related products such as chemicals, covers, and accessories during service calls.
  • Develop customized maintenance and service plans for customers based on their specific needs.
  • Maintain all company vehicles, tools, and equipment in good working order.
  • Assist with warehouse spa assessments to identify any necessary repairs or maintenance.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Technical expertise and hands-on experience in a similar field service role.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • A proactive approach to solving problems and improving processes.
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Forklift certification (an asset).
  • A restricted electrical licence (an asset).
