We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate healthcare professional to join our team as a Registered Nurse.
Key Responsibilities:
- To provide high-quality patient care, adhering to AHPRA standards and best practices.
- To conduct thorough clinical assessments and develop individualized care plans that cater to each resident's needs.
- To lead and mentor care teams, ensuring exceptional care delivery and promoting a culture of excellence.
- To foster strong relationships with residents, families, and health professionals through effective communication and collaboration.
- To ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and aged care standards, maintaining a safe and supportive environment for all.
Your Qualifications:
- A current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
- Experience in aged care is preferred but not essential, as we welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds.
- A person-centered approach to care, combined with strong clinical skills and excellent communication abilities.
- The ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team, embracing opportunities for growth and development.
