About the Role- Support individuals with personal care and daily living tasks
- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents
- Promote independence and well-being through caregiving
- Document resident care accurately
- Communicate effectively with families and healthcare teams
The ideal candidate will possess a Certificate III or IV in Aged Care / Individual Support, or first-year nursing experience with aged care placement, accompanied by relevant certifications and aged care experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Foster positive relationships with residents and their families
- Assist residents with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Offer companionship and emotional support to residents
- Maintain accurate records of resident care
- Collaborate effectively with families and healthcare teams
- Certificate III or IV in Aged Care / Individual Support
- Experience in aged care setting
- NDIS Worker Screening Check required
- Current Police Check and Working with Children Check (willingness to obtain)
- Up-to-date vaccinations as per Australian Immunisation Handbook
