Aged Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Aged Care Assessor. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting assessments of residents in residential aged care facilities using the Australian National Aged Care Classification (AN-ACC) tool.
">Responsibilities- Conduct AN-ACC assessments at residential aged care homes
- Travel within the Loddon Mallee region, with potential overnight stays for remote facilities
- Provide comprehensive reports on assessment findings
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 5+ years of experience in the aged care sector
- Current, general, unrestricted registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Flexible attitude and ability to adapt to changing circumstances
- Ability to work unsupervised within a diverse team
