The Case Work Team Supervisor will collaborate with children and youth facing various developmental, behavioral, and psychological challenges. You will be responsible for coordinating team resources to deliver tailored support to foster carers, families, and children/young people, ensuring that individualized outcomes are achieved. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the quality and integrity of services, exemplifying best practices in your leadership.

Operating within a robust clinical governance framework, you will engage with a team of independent practitioners across a designated regional area. This will include providing direct support in complex situations or during team member absences, as well as offering practice leadership and therapeutic mentoring to a group of Caseworkers.

Some travel may be necessary to support our clients in surrounding regions, including attending meetings as required.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with the Child Protection sector is preferred
  • Relevant qualifications in the sector or a related field are advantageous
  • Demonstrated leadership experience
  • Commitment to fostering a positive team environment
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
