">This role presents an exceptional opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young people. We are seeking an experienced Residential House Supervisor to oversee the daily care and well-being of our residents.
The successful candidate will lead a team of dedicated carers, fostering a supportive environment that promotes growth, stability, and positive development for all individuals in our care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and guide a team of residential carers, ensuring the highest standards of care and support.
- Collaborate with the Residential Care Coordinator to develop and implement programs that cater to the unique needs of each resident.
- Provide mentorship and coaching to carers, promoting skill development and best practices.
Requirements:
- Relevant bachelor's degree or diploma with substantial experience in residential care and management.
- Proven skills and expertise in developing behavioral management programs for children and adolescents with complex needs.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a proven track record of supervising and supporting teams.
