The role involves providing primary health assessments, medication administration, emergency response, and treatment of injuries and illnesses for young people detained at the centre.
- Primary health assessment, care planning, and ongoing reviews
- Medication administration
- Treatment of injuries and illnesses and monitoring the health and wellbeing of the young people.
- Emergency response for young people, visitors, and youth justice staff.
This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
