About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of technology solutions, ensuring successful delivery of projects on time, within scope, and on budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets. Identify resources needed (team members, technology, tools) and assign tasks.
- Project Execution: Lead project teams, including Software engineers, Product Owners. Product Managers, personnel, and business analysts. Manage project risks and address potential blockers. Track project progress against milestones. Manage cross-functional teams and ensure collaboration among various departments. Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the main point of contact for project stakeholders. Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and outcomes to senior management and other stakeholders. Ensure alignment between business goals and project outcomes.
Requirements
- Project Management Expertise: Proven experience with Agile Frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 to 7 years of proven experience managing software development projects and software development practices: DevOps and CI/CD.
- Leadership: Ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Facilitation: Facilitate agile ceremonies such as retrospectives and product increment (PI) planning.
- Technical Knowledge: A strong working knowledge of the technology and tools used in software development projects (e.g., Jira, Scrum & Kanban Boards, Confluence).
- Certifications: Agile Project management certifications.
