With over one million nights rented through our platform, we have welcomed more than 300,000 travelers from 169 countries. We offer a comprehensive range of road trip possibilities, including short-term RV rentals, long-term campervan subscriptions, and vehicle sales.
The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Operations Regional Director to lead our APAC operations regional team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for managing a team that focuses on executing regional processes and overseeing the daily operations of our local depots and teams.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading and supervising the regional team and local teams in your region
- Overseeing day-to-day regional operations execution and actively managing the team to achieve results defined for the region
- Guaranteeing that operating standards are followed and operational objectives are met
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing customer feedback with utmost importance
- Coordinating with central teams to ensure processes are well defined and adapted to the regions
- Leading, coordinating, and delivering projects related to operational expansion within your region
- Managing the P&L of your region and being responsible for operational costs
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Background in Business Management, Engineering, or similar education
- At least 10 years of relevant experience
- Experience in strategic consulting or finance-related positions is a plus
- Proven experience in managing operational teams with P&L ownership and direct control over operational financial performance
- Proven track record in establishing operational standards and developing structured operations
- Proven track record in leading, managing, and developing high-performing teams
- Capacity to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
- Fluent in English
