Retail Inventory Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Retail Inventory Lead at our Shepparton store.

About the Role:
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records.
  • Receive, inspect, and process incoming stock in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure stock is properly stored and secured to prevent damage or loss.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and audits to ensure accuracy and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement effective inventory management strategies.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in inventory management in a high-volume retail environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Highly developed organisational skills and time management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
