The Role

We're looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Warehouse Store person.  Having a good knowledge of Inventory Management Systems and agricultural products you'll receipt & dispatch chemical, fertiliser & seed within our modern warehouse. Holding a Forklift license, you'll be known for taking a meticulous but prompt approach to picking stock and operating machinery and will have a reputation for ensuring the efficient throughput of goods in and out of our Warehouse.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Accurate order fulfillment and streamlined truck dispatch;
  • Efficient unloading of goods into our facility and processing of relevant documentation;
  • Work collaboratively with logistic teams;
  • Report hazards and/or incidents in timely manner to mitigate further risks;
  • Ensure warehouse is maintained to a satisfactory condition;
  • Assist the coordination of goods delivery to farmers;
  • Assist in maintaining stock and delivery records within our computer system; and
  • From time to time, deliver goods to our customers.

Who are you?

  • You have a Forklift license.
  • 2-3 years' experience in Warehousing
  • Competent in computer functions
  • Ideally you have a HR Truck license (beneficial, not essential)
  • Ability to engage with farming customers from diverse backgrounds
  • You're responsive to farmer expectations and/or requests
  • Present in a courteous, reliable and professional manner with a customer-first mentality
  • You work well in a team environment and without supervision
