Key roles and responsibilities include supporting the Head Chef with day-to-day kitchen operations, leading and mentoring the team to ensure consistency and quality, contributing to menu development and specials, and managing stock, ordering, and maintaining a clean, safe kitchen environment.

The ideal candidate will possess previous experience as a Sous Chef or equivalent level of responsibility, with strong leadership and communication skills. They must be able to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment, demonstrate passion for producing high-quality pub meals, and have a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing an outstanding dining experience for our customers, while also ensuring that our standards for food safety and hygiene are consistently met.
