Additionally, responsibilities encompass menu development, maintaining food safety and storage protocols, ensuring equipment functionality, adhering to health regulations, and promoting workplace health and safety initiatives.What We Need From YouCandidates should have completed a minimum of Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or relevant equivalent, along with over two years of chef experience or an equivalent combination of education and culinary experience.
Experience working in a fast-paced environmentpreparing and cooking high quality dishes.
