**Job Title:** Team Leader

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our team. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for the effective and efficient running of day-to-day operations in our restaurant.

Job Description:

As a Shift Supervisor, you will lead the restaurant team in preparing and serving fast, fresh, and healthy Mexican food with a smile. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the restaurant team in efficient day-to-day operations
  • Being a role model for standards and behaviors consistent with our values and culture
  • Assisting in training, developing, and driving the team to deliver positive and memorable customer experiences
  • Assisting with hiring new team members and onboarding them
  • Assisting in managing the team, including staff performance reviews and rostering staff
  • Ensuring food is prepared, presented, and served to the highest standard
  • Assisting with ordering stock from various suppliers
  • Assisting with office administration duties such as paperwork, banking, cash handling, payroll, and reviewing policies
  • Managing daily and weekly cleaning of the production areas, dining room, and general restaurant
  • Assisting with executing marketing promotions
  • Ensuring safety and security standards are recognized and upheld, and that employees are effectively trained in Workplace Health and Safety
Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous shift supervisor experience
