We are currently looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join our team at the Roslyn Packer Theatre. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for assisting in preparing dishes for our Mediterranean-inspired seasonal menu.

About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and organized individual who can work effectively under pressure to join our team as a Chef de Partie. You will be responsible for supporting the Sous and Head Chefs in ensuring efficient food production and quality control.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in food preparation and presentation for a high-volume service.
  • Work closely with the Sous and Head Chefs to ensure timely and efficient food production.
  • Maintain the highest standards of presentation and quality.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in fast-paced a la carte service.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Passionate and open to learning new skills in the kitchen.
  • Punctual and reliable.
  • Hold valid working rights.
