Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Effects Software Developer to join our core R&D group in Sydney.

You will be responsible for evolving visual effects production tools and processes, particularly in procedural geometry generation/amplification and natural phenomena simulation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and support tools and techniques in collaboration with artistic staff.
  • Work on various challenges with every show/project to cater to the look and style of the film.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in VFX/animation/game field.
  • Software development using C++.
  • Knowledge of Houdini and Maya APIs.
  • Tertiary qualification in Computer Science or Engineering or Math/Geometry.
