Bar Team Member

We are seeking an experienced team player to work behind the bar and on the floor.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To effectively manage our bar area, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
  • To take charge of supervising and mentoring junior staff members.

In order to be successful in this role, you will require excellent communication skills, a strong ability to multitask, and a professional demeanor at all times. You will need to have previous experience in a supervisory role and be able to commit to a part-time position with potential for full-time soon. The ideal candidate will also possess a proactive approach to problem-solving and have a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in a supervisory role within a fast-paced environment.
  • An excellent understanding of drinks preparation and presentation.
  • The ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
