The Organisational Development Specialist plays a critical role in translating strategic program priorities into actionable solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering with leaders to shape and deliver OD plans aligned to transformation goals.
- Driving adoption of transformation initiatives by engaging stakeholders and embedding sustainable change.
- Building strong relationships to embed OD principles into business decisions through coaching, facilitation, and influence.
Required skills and experience include:
- Connecting strategy to practical OD solutions and aligning capability and change initiatives.
- Building trust with senior leaders and teams and influencing key decisions.
- Focusing on outcomes and ensuring OD initiatives lead to real behavioural change.
The Organisational Development Specialist will diagnose challenges and design hands-on, practical OD solutions that respond to real business needs.
This role will be responsible for shaping and executing OD initiatives that align with business objectives while ensuring sustainable change.
