Talent Acquisition Leader

We're seeking a seasoned professional to fill a newly created role as Global Business Portfolio Leader. This dynamic position is a key intersection point between Talent Acquisition Strategy and Delivery, and Talent Management.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Establish talent acquisition strategies in support of business goals, partnering with Senior People Business Partners, Talent Business Partners, and Portfolio Business Leaders.
  • Partner with other Talent Acquisition Leadership Team members to express needs and ensure effective execution against these needs and priorities.
  • Lead and participate in regular meetings with key stakeholders to review progress, gather feedback, and plan future actions.
  • Foster strong relationships with regional leaders to drive successful outcomes.
  • Utilize data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies and guide decision-making.
  • Monitor and adapt strategies based on data insights, working closely with regional leads to ensure targets are met.

Key Qualifications:

  • 10-15 years of experience in Talent Acquisition within large global organizations.
  • 5-7 years in a TA Leadership capacity, managing global business portfolios.
  • Strong business acumen and experience in leading high-caliber teams in a matrixed environment.
  • Demonstrated success as a change agent for organizational transformation.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and strategic thinking skills.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about leveraging data-driven insights to refine talent strategies and building strong stakeholder relationships.
