
Acute Care Nursing Leadership Position

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to lead our Acute & Urgent Care program in a pivotal role.
In this position, you will work closely with the Nurse Lead, Nurse Unit Managers, and Nurse Consultants to drive excellence in clinical operations, workforce planning, staff wellbeing, and recruitment.
- Leadership: Proven leadership ability with strengths in communication, conflict resolution, negotiation, and change management is essential.
- Clinical & Managerial Expertise: A minimum of 3 years post-registration experience with demonstrated competence in medical nursing and previous management roles is required.
- Strategic Thinking: Skilled in managing projects, driving innovation, setting priorities, and delivering outcomes within a dynamic healthcare environment is crucial.
You will bring your knowledge and leadership experience to contribute meaningfully to nursing management practices, staff engagement, and human resource processes.
