Acute Geriatric Care Specialist

This role presents an opportunity to specialize in acute geriatric care and make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients.

  • As a Registered Nurse, you will work in a dynamic and supportive team dedicated to delivering high-quality care for older patients with acute health needs.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Current registration (or eligibility) with the Nursing Board of Australia, holding a practising certificate.
  • Strong clinical expertise with demonstrated competence in the relevant area of nursing practice, in line with professional standards.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills with the ability to prioritise, problem solve and contribute effectively in a multidisciplinary setting.
  • Commitment to quality care with knowledge of healthcare legislation, standards and quality improvement, alongside a flexible and innovative approach to patient needs.
