Job Description

The Quantitative Systematic Trader role involves combining interdisciplinary knowledge and cooperative thinking to develop and monitor electronic trading strategies. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with technologists and traders to implement and refine these strategies.

Responsibilities
  • Investigate ideas by immersing yourself in market data, leveraging tools in mathematics, statistics, and programming.
  • Run trading signals through our back testing environment and carefully analyze their performance.
  • Work side-by-side with technologists to put successful trading signals into production.
  • Monitor real-time performance and discuss findings with other researchers, strategists, and traders.
Requirements
  • PhD in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Operations Research, or Economics.
  • Solid analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent logical reasoning.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Experience writing code to process and analyze large sets of data, especially in Python.
