Empowering Careers

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Career Coach to join our team. As a Career Coach, you will play a vital role in empowering individuals with disability, injury or health conditions as they prepare for a meaningful career.

Your primary responsibility will be to support clients through the job-readiness journey - helping them build confidence, develop skills, and achieve their career goals.

You will work closely with clients to understand their strengths, goals, and challenges, providing tailored coaching and regular check-ins to maintain motivation and progress.

In addition, you will connect participants with upskilling opportunities, hands-on experience, and group-based activities, and collaborate with employers and community services to open pathways to employment and training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client planning and goal-setting
  • Coaching and mentoring
  • Up-skilling and training facilitation
  • Employer engagement and liaison

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for employment services, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and a proven ability to meet KPIs and create client-focused employment and skills plans.

A Qualifications in Employment or Human Services would be highly desirable, but not essential. What is essential is your genuine desire to make a positive impact on people's lives.

You bring empathy, energy, and a drive to empower others. With experience in employment services, you're confident supporting people, building trust, and guiding them toward meaningful and sustainable careers.

You love getting to know each client's unique strengths, goals, and challenges so you can coach them effectively and build their confidence for their next career.

Your strong relationship-building skills allow you to connect with both clients and employers alike. Proactive, professional, and detail-oriented, you always maintain accurate records and uphold a high standard of service.

Above all, you lead with integrity, empathy, and a commitment to inclusive, person-centred support.
