Support Worker Job Opportunity

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to join our team in providing high-quality care to clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver person-centred care to clients, ensuring their dignity, respect, and individual needs are met.
  2. Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery and maintain client relationships.
  3. Conduct regular assessments and develop care plans that cater to clients' evolving needs.
  4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, progress, and any concerns or incidents.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Support Worker, Assistant in Nursing, Care Worker, or similar role.
  • Certificate III in Aged Care/Disability or Individual Support (completed or working towards completing is highly desirable) OR studying towards a nursing qualification.
  • Regular background checks (Police Check, First Aid, CPR, WWCC, NDIS Worker Screening Clearance).
  • You have a current Australian Driver's License and a registered vehicle - travel is part of the role.
