About the Job Opportunity

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate care professionals to provide in-home support for individuals with varying needs.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver daily living assistance, including personal care, meal preparation, and household management tasks.
  • Offer emotional support and companionship to ensure wellbeing and safety.
  • Assist with medication administration and accompany individuals to medical appointments as required.
  • Promote independence and encourage individuals to achieve their goals.
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with other healthcare professionals involved in care.

Requirements

  • Certificate III or IV qualification in Individual Support or Disability, or completion of First Year of Bachelor of Nursing.
  • Fully Vaccinated and hold a National Police Check.
  • 6 months plus experience in providing care and support to individuals with varied needs.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Clearance and current CPR and First Aid certifications.
