We seek experienced Construction Trainers, qualified tradespeople, or individuals looking to transition their career path to become fully qualified Trainers and upskill our next generation of tradies.

As a Trade Trainer or Mentor, you'll inspire and shape our future trade professionals by:

  • Leading engaging training sessions, sharing your practical knowledge and hands-on experience.
  • Providing guidance and mentorship to aspiring tradies.
  • Assisting in the development of comprehensive training materials, including lesson plans, presentations, and assessments.
  • Fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Collaborating with department heads to implement effective programs, ensuring successful student outcomes.
