Construction Vocational Trainer and Mentor

At the Australian Trade Training College, we believe trades are the backbone of our society and we're on a mission to empower students with the skills and knowledge they need to excel in their trade careers.

If you are an experienced Construction Trainer, or a qualified Carpenter, Cabinetmaker, Shopfitter, Plumber or Electrician ready to try something new, we want you on our teamWe're looking for a new group of Trainers and Assessors to grow our team into 2025.

If you hold your Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or want to transition your career path to become a fully qualified Trainer and upskill our next generation of tradies, we want to invest in you

Join our Mentor program to learn the ropes of accredited training delivery, while completing your certificate IV in Training and Assessment - fully funded by us

As a Trade Trainer or Mentor, we will show you how to inspire and shape our future trade professionals by:

  • Leading engaging training sessions, sharing your practical knowledge and hands-on experience.
  • Providing guidance and mentorship to aspiring tradies.
  • Assisting in the development of comprehensive training materials, including lesson plans, presentations, and assessments.
  • Fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Working closely with the Heads of Department to implement effective and holistic programs, ensuring successful student outcomes
