Manufacturing Feeds Specialist

We are seeking multiple Feed Operators for our manufacturing facility in Truganina. This is a permanent role with an immediate start.
About the Role:This position involves operating the feed end and stacking end to agreed production, service, and quality standards. You will evaluate and select boards according to specifications, ensure a continuous flow of board into machines, minimizing downtime, and maintain equipment correctly.
Key Responsibilities:- Operate machinery to meet production targets.
- Evaluate and select boards based on specifications.
- Maintain a smooth workflow by ensuring a continuous supply of materials.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment breakdowns.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and contribute to process enhancements.
- No prior experience is required as training will be provided.
- A quick learner with excellent critical thinking skills would be advantageous.
