Key Responsibilities

As a Technical Support Specialist, your key responsibilities include:

  • Using technical knowledge and a professional attitude to assist clients with day-to-day requests;
  • Interpreting customer communications to identify their needs;
  • Clearly and succinctly communicating client requirements with laboratory staff to troubleshoot client issues;
  • Providing solutions to clients professionally and promptly to achieve customer satisfaction and maintain quality service;
  • Managing customer expectations and requests;
  • Using software tools to investigate client queries;
  • Maintaining personal organisation and prioritisation within a shared inbox.

You will be provided with hands-on training and support to develop your technical skills and achieve personal growth.
