Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Master Logistics Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of the production planning department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the efficient planning and scheduling of our operations to meet customer demand and maximize productivity. This includes developing production schedules, managing inventory levels, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling and Planning: Develop and implement production schedules that align with customer demands and optimize resource utilization.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels to minimize stockouts and overstocking, ensuring just-in-time delivery of materials and components.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with suppliers to ensure punctual deliveries and negotiate favorable terms.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with production teams to develop vehicle manufacturing plans, manage inventory, and resolve production-related issues.
  • Analytical Skills: Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, enabling informed decision-making.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with stakeholders, including production teams, suppliers, and customers, to ensure seamless coordination and resolution of issues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, logistics, supply chain management).
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in production planning or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
