Restaurant Management Position
We are looking for a highly skilled restaurant manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will have prior supervisory experience and be able to maintain exceptional food and service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee staff operations, including scheduling shifts and managing labour resources.
- Maintain stock, inventory, and cash management controls.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and site policies/procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Previous supervisory experience (minimum 6 months).
Ability to supervise staff, implement leadership skills, and manage conflict resolution.
Cash, stock, and labour control skills.
Flexibility across work days/hours.
