
Loyalty & Customer Experience Manager

We're looking for a Customer Engagement Strategist to design and optimise automated campaigns across digital channels.
About the RoleThis role is at the heart of our customer engagement strategy using insight, creativity and technical know-how to build personalised communications.
Key Responsibilities- Building Smart Journeys: Design and develop automated programmes that guide customers through lifecycle touchpoints.
- Bringing Strategy to Life: Translate marketing strategies into actionable programs that deepen engagement and increase retention.
- Enhancing the Customer Experience: Contribute to mapping customer journeys, identifying friction points and delivering seamless experiences.
- Collaborating Cross-Functionally: Work with internal teams to ensure loyalty and automation programs are aligned and integrated.
- Owning Creative Direction: Ensure content is clear, compelling and aligned with brand standards and values.
- Measuring What Matters: Monitor performance metrics like open rates and retention, sharing insights and making data-driven recommendations.
- Tertiary qualified in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
- Experience in loyalty, CRM, automations and/or digital marketing, ideally in a collaborative environment.
- Proven experience in designing automated customer journeys using platforms like Oracle Eloqua and Braze.
- Strong understanding of customer segmentation, personalisation and lifecycle marketing principles.
- Understanding of data privacy regulations.
- Exceptional organisational and communication skills.
