This role is designed for a seasoned project management professional who can effectively lead teams in fast-paced environments and deliver results-driven outcomes. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in the civil, mining, remediation or demolition industries and possess a strong understanding of contracts, drawings, programs and construction methodology.

About the Role

The Project Manager will be responsible for taking ownership of the head contract and scope of works for each project, developing and maintaining a master contract program and managing updates and communication with key stakeholders.

They will also be responsible for managing the day-to-day delivery of remote projects, ensuring high standards of safety, quality and environmental compliance, liaising effectively with clients, subcontractors, consultants and internal teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

About You
  • You have significant project management experience in the civil, mining, remediation or demolition industries.
  • You have a proven track record of delivering remote or FIFO-based projects.
  • You possess a strong understanding of contracts, drawings, programs and construction methodology.
  • You are able to travel and work away from home for extended periods (FIFO or DIDO).
  • You are confident in leading teams and subcontractors in remote environments.
  • You are proficient with Microsoft Project and other project scheduling tools.
