Project Manager

About the Position

You'll oversee project delivery from planning to completion, ensuring seamless management of costs, schedules, safety, and stakeholder engagement across remote and regional worksites. Building rapport on-site, leading teams, and solving problems proactively will be critical to success.

  • Take charge of project contracts and scope of works
  • Develop and maintain contract programs; manage updates and communication with key stakeholders
  • Manage day-to-day delivery of remote projects, upholding high standards of safety, quality, and environmental compliance
  • Liaise effectively with clients, subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams
  • Ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery
  • Build strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle
  • Contribute to our national presence
About You

We seek experienced project managers with significant expertise in civil, mining, remediation, or demolition industries. Proven success delivering remote or FIFO-based projects and a solid understanding of contracts, drawings, programs, and construction methodology are essential.

  • Significant experience in project management within the mentioned industries
  • Proven track record in delivering remote or FIFO-based projects
  • Strong comprehension of contracts, drawings, programs, and construction methodology
  • Able to travel and work away from home for extended periods
  • Confident leadership of teams and subcontractors in remote settings
  • Proficient in Microsoft Project and other scheduling tools
  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline desirable
  • High initiative, resilience, and problem-solving skills
